The Luxembourg City Tourist Office has announced that the final "Klassik am Park" concert will be held on Thursday 14 September 2017 at Parc de la Villa Vauban in the Luxembourg Municipal Park from 12:30-13:30.
Next week’s Klassik am Park concert, the last of this season, will feature the baroque chamber music ensemble Ad Libitum accompanied by The Reed Players, who will play classical music from over the centuries, such as works by Gervaise, Lully, Mozart, Pez, Preatorius and Susato.
The musicians are Jean-Paul Hansen and Roby Stoos on the oboe, Jean-Luc Blasius on chalumeau and clarinette, Roby Lohr on the bassoon and Rosch Mirkes on the harpsichord.
The series of concerts “Klassik am Park” aims to enliven green spaces and invite music lovers to a melodious noon break.
Entrance to the concert is free. In the case of abundant rain, the concert will be cancelled.
