Luxair has announced its figures for 2018, with an 11% increase in passenger numbers for Luxair Luxembourg Airlines and a 9% increase in passenger number for LuxairTours - for passengers departing from Luxembourg; In total, the Luxair group transported more than 2.1 million passengers in 2018.
LuxairServices, the handling agent at Luxembourg airport, assisted 4.04 million travellers in transit in 2018 (+12% versus 2017). and Luxair Catering produced and delivered almost 2.3 million meals, which represents a 6% increase.
And LuxairCARGO, after a record-breaking year in 2017, volumes are still continuing to rise, with a total of 957,000 tonnes of goods handled in 2018 (+2% versus 2017) and nearly 37,000 tonnes at the Pharma & Healthcare Center (+20% versus 2017).
