Reykjavík, the capital city of Iceland, will be serviced by Luxair next year, with the airline's website already selling tickets for the weekly flights.
Luxair will fly to Reykjavík–Keflavík Airport directly from Luxembbourg, with Boeing 737s making the journey in 3.5 hours.
Flights will operate initially on Wednesdays between 9 May 2018 and 27 June 2018; departures from Luxembourg will leave at 12:30, arriving 14:00 local time, then departing an hour later at 15:00, returning to Luxembourg at 20:25.
In summer time there is a 2-hour time difference between Luxembourg and Iceland.
