Following months of negotiations since 2016, the LCGB trade union signed a first collective labour agreement for the 130 employees of POST Telecom PSF on 20 December 2017.

The signed agreement entered into force on 1 December 2017 for a period of 19 months, ie until 30 June 2019, and provides a new, more transparent and fair salary scale for all employees as well as a career development system. In addition, a meal allowance and an additional day off were negotiated.

As the company is currently undergoing major changes, terms such as working conditions, lunch break and the benefits of a company car will be maintained and guaranteed for the future.
