Telstar International Scout Group Luxembourg is a scout group for English-speaking boys and girls aged 6 and upwards. It currently has over 200 Scouts and Leaders from 21 different nations and a waiting list of more than 80 young people. Telstar is part of the Northern Europe District of BSO (British Scouts Overseas) and is also a full member of the FNEL (Fédération Nationale des Eclaireurs et Eclaireuses du Luxembourg).
