Launched in 2007 by the Junior Chamber of Commerce of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, the Creative Young Entrepreneur Luxembourg (CYEL) competition aims to promote young entrepreneurs aged between 18 and 40 and to reward their innovative ideas; the purpose is to give visibility to interesting projects and support entrepreneurship at the first stage, giving a concrete contribution for the development of the activity in its most challenging phases.
A dedicated website has been created – www.cyel.lu – where applicants can upload their application forms before 18 May 2018. Three finalists will be awarded as the most creative and outstanding entrepreneurs in Luxembourg by a jury which is composed of members dedicated to startup sector, business angels and service providers.
The final award will be a free consultation from the initiative's partners, a cash award, access to the international network of JCI, free press release and media exposure.
The Final Award and Gala will be held on Thursday 14 June 2018, at the Cercle Cité in Luxembourg-ville.
