The University of Luxembourg will be hosting a conference entitled "Preventing and Resolving Conflicts of Jurisdiction in EU Criminal Law" on 31 May 2018 on its Kirchberg campus, from 09:00-17:00.

The conference will present the outcomes of a major comparative study carried out at the University of Luxembourg in conjunction with the European Law Institute on how to prevent and solve conflicts of jurisdiction in criminal matters in the European Union.

Moreover, the event encourages discussion amongst academics and practitioners from European and non-European countries in order to make a concrete impact on EU criminal law policy.

The event will take place in Room B001, Weicker building, Kirchberg.
