The British Chamber of Commerce (BCC) in Luxembourg is organising a Breakfast Forum on Wednesday 13 June 2018 from 08:30 - 10:00 at the offices of Badenoch & Clark in Luxembourg city (2 Avenue Charles de Gaulle - le Dome, Entrée Concorde).

The event is entitled "Leading change - Bringing People With You". Have you ever had to lead a team? How do you ensure they follow you through company policy changes, reorganisations, downsizings or expansion?

The BCC's People and Leadership Group are organising this fun and insightful breakfast workshop session to tackle that question. Highlighting topical research and with experiential learning, it will focus on how best to lead teams through change. Active participation will be encouraged and views welcomed. The event will be run by BCC members Andrew Notter and Dr Keith Amoss and is the second of four workshops planned for 2018.

With reference to topical research, the event will look at the way that groups of individuals function. The goal is to equip attendees with some tips on how to lead teams through change in a more productive way. As usual, attendees can expect to have moments of reflection and discussion as well as interactive exercises. The organisers will leave attendees with something practical to apply to team work.

The event will begin at 08:30 with registration, networking and refreshments. The session begins at 09:00 and is scheduled to end at 10:00.

Public car-parking is available at Fort Neipperg, Rocade or Nobilis (Park Inn/Saturn).
