José Manuel Campa draws on his experiences as Spanish Secretary of State for the Economy during one of the most turbulent times in the country’s recent history to give his views on how the European debt crisis will unfold. José has been a consultant to large international institutions such as the European Commission, the World Bank, the International Monetary fund and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.
