On Tuesday, the foundation stone was laid for the new real estate project in Steinfort in the west of the Grand Duchy, for the Parc Developpement and Steinfort Parc project, in the presence of numerous guests.

The symbolic laying marked an important milestone in the history of Eaglestone in Luxembourg since it is the culmination Of the first real estate project of the creator of living and working areas in the Grand Duchy.

Xavier Hauboldt, director of Eaglestone in Luxembourg, explained "Eaglestone is new to Luxembourg, since it dates from the end of 2015 and less than a year has elapsed between The launch of the project and today. This programme confirms Eaglestone's know-how, its effectiveness in steering large projects and the relevance of its approach since Steinfort Parc is a real commercial success. We also welcome the trust placed in us by Steinfort PropCo Sàrl, the owner of half of the buildings. Eaglestone is responsible for the entire project."

High quality in a premium environment

Concretely, the property complex consists of two parts for a total investment of just over €30 million.

Steinfort PropCo is building its Parc Développement headquarters in a building of 1,960 m2, comprising offices, 13 apartments and 8 shops on a net surface of 835 m2. The Steinfort Parc building component comprises 22 apartments on a net surface of 2,550 m2 and 6 offices and shops on 390 m2.

"The resolutely modern architecture was designed by Romain Schmiz, a renowned Luxembourg architect. The apartments will be equipped with large windows that will open to the surrounding nature. Balconies and terraces will enjoy the beauty of the setting. Attention to the environment is an integral part of Eaglestone's DNA, which develops real estate projects, exclusively in quality venues, with the ambition to bring added value to the urban landscape and offer its clients an exceptional living environment," said Xavier Hauboldt.

€15 million is being invested by Eaglestone in its part of the transaction. The site is expected to last about two years, for delivery on time.

Until then, another project signed by Eaglestone Luxembourg will also be under construction: the G∙FORTY residential building. Ideally located in the heart of the capital, just a stone's throw from the Pétrusse Valley, at 38-44 rue Goethe. The Goethe building will house 20 units of 45 to 140 m2, 2 office units and 31 underground parking spaces. Overall, the area available for commercialisation will begin in 2017 over 2,000 m2. "Eaglestone Luxembourg's ambition is to integrate its action in the long term, in close collaboration with local partners, as underlined in our slogan: Let's create the city of tomorrow together. After Steinfort Parc and the G∙FORTY building, we are already working on a third project that will soon be unveiled," said Xavier Hauboldt.
