The Ville de Luxembourg will be bringing back the 'Chaises dans l'Espace Public' ('Chairs in a Public Space') initiative to allow the public to enjoy the green areas of Luxembourg's capital from Saturday 11 July 2015.
The project was first launched in 2014 in several of the City's parks, allowing visitors to freely move the provided chairs around the specified zone and enjoy the great outdoors.
The novelty coloured chairs were designed and made by children in the city during the CAPEL 'Aktioun Bambësch' and by children and their parents during the 'Spillfest' event on National Day.
The project follows a stream of initiatives made by the Ville de Luxembourg to reaffirm the Kinnekswiss as a scenic outdoor space for residents and tourists alike.
