This 19th edition of the National Housing Week which took place as part of the "Home and Living Expo" exhibition, has been hailed as a success.
The event has established a reputation as the most important date in the calendar dedicated to housing, construction and renovation of Luxembourg.
From 15 to 23 October 2016 many thousands of visitors were able to enjoy as much information as possible about the availability of housing and numerous related services, presented by the government, public and private developers, professional organizations, banks, and private associations.
While maintaining its own identity and specificities, the National Housing Week has benefited by joining forces with the "Home and Living Expo". Bringing together complementary players in housing, the National Housing Week reinfoced its essential role as information platform for the general public and representative of the real estate market, both in terms of products and services and advice.
The audience had the opportunity to get their hands on valuable information on the various state subsidies on housing and on the conditions of bank lending and home savings. Tey were also able to get an idea of the real estate market with a presentation of many rental offers and sale of real estate in Luxembourg.
