On Sunday 28 June, the Indian Association Luxembourg is organising an annual PicNic at the foot of the waterfall in the town of Coo in Belgium, in the Ardennes.

The village of Coo is located between Trois-Ponts and La Gleize and is well known for its waterfall on the river Amblève. The waterfall has a 15-metre drop, making it the most important waterfall in Belgium. See www.ardennen-coo.eu/en/the-waterfalls-of-coo.html.

At the foot of the Coo waterfall, a leisure park "Plopsa-Coo" provides visitors with various activities such as mini-golf, go-karting and kayaking. During the high season an amusement park is open and there is a chairlift that takes visitors up to the heights above the village. From there yone has a magnificent view over the Amblève valley. People with children will be guaranteed to be dragged by their kids to visit the park.

The day will provide one with lots of things to explore.

Departure from Luxembourg at 09:30 from P+R Hollerich. Return to Luxembourg between 20:00 and 21:00. Transport will comprise 1 or more Buses with seating capacity of 44 to 50 seats per bus. Estimated cost per seat: €15 (each occupied seat charged),

In case of cancellation from either side due to unforeseen circumstances, the full amount will be reimbursed.

It will be a Potluck get-together, where each family will contribute some dish & drinks to a common table for all to share. Being a bus ride, it is recommended to bring dry food.
