The Indian Business Chamber of Luxembourg has announced that it will be holding an evening seminar on Wednesday 30 September 2015 from 18:00 at the premises of Arcelor-Mittal (Hearst Tower meeting room, 24-26 Bld d'Avranches, L-1160 Luxembourg) on the topic of Innovation: from Slogan to Reality.

Whether it is a product or a service, the key to success in today’s social media stricken world is innovation, turning slogan of new imaginative ideas into creativity and reality through implementation and execution. This seminar will focus on bridging the gap and investigating the interconnections between innovation and its slogan to reality.

Speakers:

- Greg Ludkovsky: Greg is Vice President of Global R& D and a Member of the Management Committee of ArcelorMittal SA. He started his career in Russia as a researcher in the field of solid state physics. In 1979 he joined East Chicago, Indiana, Research Laboratory operated by the Inland Steel Company, which was purchased by Mittal Steel in 1998. He became its vice president of R&D in 1995. In 1998 he was named chief technology officer for Ispat International and, later, for Mittal Steel Company. He holds two dozen patents and is an author of numerous publications in the field of physical metallurgy.

- Laurent Federspiel: Laurent is senior executive advisor at Luxinnovation GIE, the Luxembourg National Agency for Innovation and Research. He is in charge of the development of Bio-health, Space, Automotive, Materials and Production technologies, Ecotechnologies and the ICT Luxembourg Cluster initiatives. In his previous assignments, he has been the director of the advanced engineering at a Luxembourg-based automotive company and in charge of the product innovation and business development, technology screening and product benchmarking.

Registrations start at 18:00. Presentations from 18:30 to 20:00 followed by networking cocktail.
