This year, more than 2,800 organisations participated in the 16th annual Best Workplaces Europe list, based on the feedback of 1.6 million employees in the region; while the competition was tough, the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg is one of the 125 best places to work for in Europe.
The companies are spread across 19 different countries, 16 industries and four size categories, demonstrating that, no matter where you are, your business or the number of people in your business, any business can to be a good place to work. This year's winners' list includes companies where the welcoming atmosphere creates strong bonds between colleagues.
The top 50 workplaces in small and medium-sized businesses in Europe (50 to 500 employees) featured on one of the 19 Best Workplaces national lists published by Great Place to Work® for Europe between June 2017 and May 2018, with ATOZ Tax Advisers Luxembourg, ranked 36th, among these companies.
A second company in Best Workplace Luxembourg, ranked 4th among the best multinational companies this year, is The Adecco Group Luxembourg.
Creating the perfect working environment across borders is not easy, but all of these companies have taken up the challenge and won.
