Stëmm vun der Strooss, a local non-profit organisation promoting the social and professional integration of disadvantaged people, has reported that it recently received another donation from the "Veräiner vun Zéisseng".

The Veräiner vun Zéisseng raised €3,000 at their Christmas market and donated the proceeds to Stëmm vun der Strooss. A few months earlier, the former had already donated €1,500 to the local non-profit, having raised the money at the "Duerffest" (village/town fair) in Cessange.

To learn more about how the non-profit works on a daily basis, members of the Veräiner vun Zéisseng were invited to the Stëmm vun der Strooss headquarters in Luxembourg-Hollerich on Thursday 4 April 2024 for a guided tour and a presentation of Stëmm's activities.

According to Stëmm vun der Strooss, this latest donation will enable the non-profit to cover part of the cost of financing sleeping bags, which will be distributed to its beneficiaries after the closing of the "Wanteraktioun" (winter action) shelters.
