The Mondorf Domaine Thermal has announced details of its new menus at its three restaurants: the De Jangeli gastronomic restaurant, the Maus Kätti brasserie and the Chalet am Brill restaurant.

The De Jangeli restaurant offers a "bistronomic" dining experience, with a main course only at €32, a main course and dessert at €40, a starter and main course at €43, and a starter, main course and dessert at €51. The press launch to announce the winter menus offered a sample of the menu options, as follows:

- Starters: Opéra de fois gras de canard; Tartare de St Jacques; Déclinaison de bar en 3 facons

- Main course dishes: Aiguillette de saint pierre poelEe; Dos de biche roti; Pot au feu de canard à notre facon

- Desserts: Mille-feuille yuzu; Mandarine givrée; Dégustation du verger.

The Mondorf Domaine Thermal has also announced details of various St Valentine special offers, including Wellness & Fitness and dining combinations. Deals include a €150/person "Cupidon" offer which includes a 25-minute massage, a Rasul (oriental steam bath), an "enveloppemment au chocolat" and a 90-minute access to the Wellness & Fitness centre; a €87/person "Love & Spa" offer which includes a 25-minute massage for two, an imperial bath with rose petals plus a glass of crémant for two and a 90-minute access to the Wellness & Fitness centre.

St Valentine dining options include an €80 menu at De Jangeli, a €42 menu at Maus Kätti and a €45 menu at Chalet am Brill. All are available between 14 - 17 February 2019.
