As part of the National Day festivities, the City of Luxembourg (Ville de Luxembourg – VdL) has launched a call for applications to find food trucks to take charge of catering for the “Spillfest op der Kinnekswiss” (Family Games at the Kinnekswiss) event to take place on Sunday 23 June 2024.
The event will be organised by the Educational and Leisure Activities Centre (CAPEL) department and the food truck applicants were called upon to offer catering and drinks to visitors of the event. In this context, the VdL will provide the selected food trucks with a location at the place called “Kinnekswiss”, in the heart of the municipal park, from 10:00 to 19:00 on 23 June 2024.
Those interested in operating a stand at the outdoor games event should consult the relevant call and complete the form available via marches.vdl.lu and return it until Tuesday 23 April 2024.
Participation is reserved for professionals holding an establishment/business authorisation and appropriate equipment (e.g. stand, trailer or “food truck”). Only the sale of foodstuffs prepared and consumable on site as well as non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks is authorised.
