On the fifth edition of the Voxxed Days trade fair, held on Wednesday 21 June 2023 at the Casino 2000 in Mondorf-les-Bains, Fujitsu Luxembourg announced the launch of PULSE, a new web platform dedicated to the recruitment of IT profiles.

This new recruitment platform reportedly marks an important step in the company's growth strategy and aims to cater to the needs of the IT sector, which is in full digital transformation.

"PULSE represents an essential means for us to attract and engage the best profiles in the sector, to better support the development of our customers and best support them in their journey of digital transformation,” said Cédric Jadoul, Service Director of Fujitsu Luxembourg. “In a job market where the IT sector is experiencing a growing demand for specialised profiles and where professions are rapidly changing at the rate of technological developments, creating a dedicated platform makes it possible to attract a targeted audience of qualified professionals”.

PULSE is the first step in Fujitsu's employee experience: "We have taken a comprehensive approach and developed a strategy that highlights each stage of our employees' careers: the PULSE platform for recruitment, ‘Fujitsu & Me’ as the company's internal communication channel and the ‘Boost’ programme to offer individual career development and targeted training," explained Daniel Meyer, Talent Manager at Fujitsu Luxembourg. He added: “PULSE also makes it possible to convey our values as soon as possible and to present our commitments, particularly in terms of sustainable development, diversity, inclusion and well-being at work.”

The PULSE platform aims to simplify the recruitment experience by offering an intuitive and user-friendly interface. It offers specialised search engines, personalised job recommendations and an online application facility. These functionalities aim to help candidates find relevant professional opportunities, corresponding to their skills and aspirations.
