As of Monday 15 April 2024, ALD Automotive Luxembourg has officially been rebranded as Ayvens Luxembourg.

Following the announcement of the planned rebranding back in October 2023, ALD Automotive | Leaseplan has unveiled Ayvens, a new global mobility brand uniting the two organisations under a single identity.

Founded in 1985, ALD Automotive Luxembourg (now Ayvens) today counts a fleet of more than 20,300 vehicles registered in the Grand Duchy, more than a third of which are electrified vehicles; the company represents a market share of more than 33% in its sector.

By bringing together complementary skills and expertise, the group saw an opportunity to improve future mobility. This new brand pursues this goal by defining the company's "unique" positioning in the market. The promise of this new brand is to "make life flow better" by ensuring simpler, smarter and more sustainable mobility.

With the world's largest multi-brand fleet of electric vehicles out of a total of 3.4 million vehicles under management, the new Ayvens Group aims to lead the way towards the goal of net zero emissions and to continue the sector's digital transformation.

The new brand has made efforts to create a "strong" identity for the grouping of two well-known players in the sector, notably through: a new name and a symbol (the logo represents the two companies coming together to form a single team); a new graphic identity; a new brand slogan - "Better with every move" - aimed at reflecting the company's core mission of ensuring better mobility through continuous progress for customers, businesses and the planet.

Dominique Roger, Managing Director of Ayvens Luxembourg, said that "[b]y combining the strengths and expertise of two of the world's leading players, Ayvens becomes the global leader in sustainable mobility".

He added: "Behind this change, our promise to the Luxembourg market remains unchanged: to bring value to our customers and offer them a quality experience, with consistency and reliability."

On the local territory, Ayvens Luxembourg has its head office in Strassen and its logistics centre (Ayvens Mobility Center) in Kehlen. Luxembourg is also home to the international purchasing department of the Ayvens group and the Ayvens international treasury centre.

These activities bring together more than 150 employees in the Grand Duchy.
