LIDL and Cora stores have informed Luxembourg's food safety authorities of the recall of several products due to the possible presence of salmonella.

Food poisoning caused by salmonella is manifested by gastrointestinal disorders often accompanied by fever within 48 hours after consumption of the affected product. These symptoms may be more severe in young children, people with weakened immune systems and older people. It is recommended that people who have consumed the below product and have these symptoms consult their doctor, indicating that they have consumed this product.

The products have been withdrawn by the distributors but some were sold to consumers. For this reason, Luxembourg's food safety authorities have recommended that consumers do not consume the product in question and return it to the stores concerned.
