The Grand Ducal Police have reported that an accident involving a car and a motorcycle occurred on the CR152 between Remich and Bech-Kleinmacher, in south-eastern Luxembourg, at around 14:00 on Wednesday 24 January 2024.
The 23-year-old motorcyclist from Wellenstein succumbed to his serious injuries at the scene of the accident despite having received emergency medical care on-site.
The police forensic service was commissioned to determine the exact cause of the accident. The road was closed to traffic during the rescue operations.
