On 29 September 2015, plastic fabrication company Curver Luxembourg signed a new collective agreement with trade unions LCGB and OGBL which will see an improvement to certain working conditions at the company.

The agreement includes the following adaptations:

- A revaluation of the salary scale based on 20 years seniority with the company with a two-year adaptation to wages; 1% for employees with less than five years of seniority, 4.25% for employees with more than five years service

- The introduction of an evaluation system for the skills and development of employees

 - A revaluation of the annual presence premium for all employees

 - A revaluation of existing supplementary chèques repas

 - A raise in the rate of increase of expenses for Sunday work hours by 80%

 - The draft of a coordinated text

Curver Luxembourg Sàrl currently emploees 221 employees at its Niederkorn site, where it designs plastic household products.
