The choir of the University of Luxembourg, Uni.lu Choir, has announced its upcoming "Northern Delights" charity concerts.

In partnership with the Saarland University Choir, Uni.lu Choir will be presenting a programme consisting mainly of music by composers from the "north". This project features a choir of over 100 voices, supported by the Orchestra Con Nov'arco, made up of 22 musicians.

The concerts are taking place at Johanneskirche in Saarbrücken in Germany (Cecilienstraße 2, D-66111) on Thursday 3 July 2025 at 20:00 and at Eglise St Martin in Dudelange (Avenue Grande-Duchesse Charlotte, L-3597) on Sunday 6 July 2025 at 17:00.

The choirs will perform choral works accompanied by orchestra and others a capella, as well as purely orchestral pieces by Ola Gjeilo, Morten Lauridsen, Karl Jenkins, Johan Svendson and Edvard Grieg.

Admission is free but donations are welcome.

These charity concerts are supporting Darkness Into Light, which raises funds for Kanner-Jugendtelefon (KJT), La Ligue Santé Mentale and SOS Détresse.
