The Grand Ducal Police have reported that a fatal road accident took place in Differdange on Thursday 12 June 2025.
At approximately 20:45 on Thursday, a serious accident occurred between a car and a motorcycle near Rue Emile Mark and Rue Michel Rodange in Differdange.
After receiving emergency medical treatment on-site, the 28-year-old motorcyclist was taken to hospital, where he later succumbed to his serious injuries.
The public prosecutor's office was informed and commissioned the relevant police service to conduct an accident investigation. An autopsy has been requested.
The road was closed to traffic for the duration of the rescue operation.
