The Grand Ducal Police have reported that they responded to an incident involving an allegedly armed man who threatened people in a shop in Frisange.
On the evening of Saturday 28 June 2025, police received a report that a man had threatened individuals in a shop in Frisange earlier that day (at lunchtime). The man was reportedly in possession of a firearm, but had not used it. He also allegedly threatened to harm the police when staff said they would contact them.
The public prosecutor's office was informed and ordered a search of the suspect's home. Police seized a knife, a baton and an airsoft gun. A police report was filed against the man.
