On Thursday 7 May 2026, the Grand Ducal Police reported several road incidents and thefts which took place across Luxembourg.
One serious traffic accident occurred on Thursday at around 23:45 on Route d’Arlon between Mamer and Bertrange. According to initial information, a vehicle travelling towards Mamer left the road for reasons still unknown.
In a separate incident the same day, police officers stopped a driver shortly before midnight on Boulevard Robert Schuman in Luxembourg-Limpertsberg for driving at 110 km/h in a 50 km/h zone and issued a provisional driving ban.
The police also reported several thefts from vehicles during that same night, including incidents in Rue Belair and Route d’Eppeldorf in Beaufort. Investigations into the incidents are ongoing.
