
The Junior Chamber International of Luxembourg (JCI) has selected three finalists for the 15th edition of its Creative Young Entrepreneur of Luxembourg (CYEL) competition.
The three finalists were selected from ten candidates, who were invited to pitch on 12 November 2021 at the headquarters of Banque Internationale à Luxembourg (BIL), after an initial selection among 30 candidates.
At the upcoming gala evening and prize-giving ceremony, the following three co-founders (or startups) making it through to this final stage will be honoured: Mattia Raffaelli (RoomMate), Tahereh Pazouki (Magrid) and Quentin De Madre (Kidola).
The independent jury was comprised of Daniel Haag (BIL), Patrick Weis (KPMG), Carolina Vasselli and Elodie Vincent (Bonn Steichen & Partners.), Candi Carrera (Microsoft), Jerome Wiwinius (LALUX), Amelie Madinier (Le Village), Stefan Berendt (LuxInnovation), Bastien Berg (Luxembourg City Incubator) and Romain Hoffmann (LBAN).
This 15th edition of CYEL proved to have the highest quality of talents over the last years, as confirmed by several jury members.

The winner of the CYEL 2021 will be revealed at the gala evening, taking place as a CovidCheck event at the Chamber of Commerce in Luxembourg-Kirchberg on Wednesday 1 December 2021, starting from 18:30. CovidCheck rules apply
The award ceremony will be hosted by Pedro Castilho, a public speaking coach and owner of Verbalius, with guest speaker Ilana Devillers, founder of Food4All and former CYEL participant, delivering the opening speech.
