Luxembourg’s Ministry of the Economy has announced updated petrol, diesel and heating oil prices.

As of Saturday 16 May 2026, the price of unleaded 98 octane petrol will increase by 1.3 cents to €1.933 per litre.

Diesel prices will decrease by 6.0 cents to €1.815 per litre, while heating oil prices, in turn, will fall by 6.0 cents to €1.254 per litre.

Diesel for industrial and commercial use, as well as diesel for agricultural and horticultural use, will both decrease by 6.0 cents to €1.371 and €1.218 per litre, respectively.

Meanwhile, the price of unleaded 95 octane petrol will remain unchanged at €1.824 per litre (including VAT), while LPG fuel and household propane prices will remain unchanged at €0.786 and €0.792 per litre, respectively.
