Cost of Unleaded Fuel Rises Again in Luxembourg

Luxembourg’s Ministry of the Economy has announced increases in the prices of unleaded 95 and 98 octane fuel.

As of Saturday 26 September 2026, the cost of unleaded 95 rises by 5.3 cents to €1.888 per litre (including VAT) and the cost of unleaded 98 rises by 5.7 cents to €2.116 per litre (including VAT).

The price of diesel remains unchanged at €2.095 per litre (including VAT), while heating oil stays at €1.575 per litre (including VAT). Diesel for industrial/commercial is stable at €1.700 per litre, with diesel for agricultural/horticultural use remaining at €1.547 per litre (including VAT).

LPG and propane also remain stable at 83.0 and 84.4 cents per litre respectively.
