Luxair has announced expected operational disruptions on Thursday 3 and Friday 4 July 2025 for all flights entering or transiting French airspace, due to planned industrial action within French air-traffic-control (ATC) services.

As a direct result of the restrictions, Luxair has been authorised to operate only 50% of its scheduled flights to and from Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG) and Nice on Thursday. To comply, the airline will operate one combined rotation instead of two separate ones. The flight to and from Bastia (Corsica) has been fully cancelled. Luxair said it was contacting affected passengers individually and offering them alternative travel arrangements.

Additional delays and schedule changes are possible across other destinations, as air traffic rerouting and capacity constraints may lead to knock-on effects throughout the network.

Luxair said it is closely monitoring the situation and taking all possible steps to minimise cancellations and delays.

The airline added that continued industrial action is expected on Friday and that it will announce any further changes as soon as possible.

Luxair apologised for the inconvenience and thanked passengers for their understanding, assuring them of its commitment to providing the best possible service and minimising the impact of external disruptions.
