Luxembourg's Ministry of State has announced that Prime Minister Luc Frieden will travel to Copenhagen, Denmark, on Wednesday 1 and Thursday 2 October 2025 to participate in the informal meeting of the European Council and the European Political Community (EPC) summit.
According to the Ministry, on Wednesday the Prime Minister will take part in the informal meeting of EU heads of state and government, which will focus mainly on European defence and Ukraine.
Later that day, the seventh meeting of the EPC will begin with a dinner hosted by Their Majesties the King and Queen of Denmark in honour of the participants. The summit will bring together leaders from across the European continent to continue dialogue and cooperation, following the previous meeting held in May 2025 in Tirana, Albania.
