On Wednesday 14 January 2026, NoW Partners, a Luxembourg-based consulting firm specialising in advising and consulting for banking, asset servicers and asset management players, announced the opening of its London office as part of its continued European expansion strategy.

NoW Partners, established in Luxembourg in 2020, has built up its reputation serving financial institutions across Europe with a team of more than 50 experienced consultants.

In January 2025, the firm expanded its presence with the opening of a Paris office, led by Managing Partner Philippe Anquetil and Director Samy Ghrairi. Now, it is adding London to its European footprint.

Eric Nolen, Founding Partner of NoW Partners, commented: "The launch of our London office marks an important milestone in our European growth. London remains one of the most dynamic financial centres in the world, and establishing a presence here allows us to support our clients more fully across borders. This new chapter is also a strong example of international cooperation and partnership between the UK and the EU - a model that lies at the heart of NoW Partners' philosophy."

In line with its strategic growth plan, NoW Partners UK officially opens this month under the leadership of Managing Partner Charles Churchill and Senior Partner Jeff Simmons. Based in the City of London on Throgmorton Street, the new office is expected to strengthen the firm's ability to support London-based and international clients, working together with its Luxembourg and Paris teams to deliver integrated, expertise-led consulting services.

The primary focus for London will be on supporting institutions across front office, risk, compliance and operations - particularly international firms with a UK component.

NoW Partners' said its value lies in its ability to guide executives through regulatory change, especially where divergence between UK and EU frameworks is creating new challenges. The firm also advises firms on client and portfolio transitions and migrations, M&A integrations and broader business change programmes.

The firm's reported goal is, among others, to bring the most seasoned industry leaders and executives to its clients, as well as niche and specialist experts, ensuring each engagement combines deep practical experience with targeted expertise.

Charles Churchill brings experience of advising and consulting for some leading financial institutions, with nearly two decades in consulting. He began his career at IBM and has since advised major banking clients through a number of boutique firms.

"I'm delighted to be leading NoW Partners' expansion into the City [of London]. The opportunity to combine our European strength with a London presence allows us to better serve clients on both sides of the Channel, providing the insight, agility and expertise that today's financial institutions need," he said.

Jeff Simmons has joined the partnership as Senior Partner following an extensive career in senior financial and risk leadership roles, including serving as Chief Risk and Finance Officer for MUFG Securities Europe and Head of Enterprise Risk Management at RBS. He will lead the Executive Advisory group.
