The choir of the University of Luxembourg, Uni.lu Choir, has announced its upcoming "Northern Delights" charity concerts.
The concerts, featuring choral music with piano, are taking place on Sunday 14 December 2025 at 17:00 at Église St Pierre et Paul in Bertrange and on Tuesday 16 December 2025 at 20:00 at the Protestant Church on Rue de la Congrégation in Luxembourg-Ville.
According to Uni.lu Choir, the programme explores light and darkness - hopes and dreams - through both historical and contemporary works, all ultimately pointing toward renewal. There will also be a small selection of Christmas favourites.
Admission is free, but donations are welcome.
These charity concerts are for the benefit of Trauerwee ASBL, a local non-profit organisation that supports bereaved children, adolescents and families. Uni.lu Choir noted that children and young people face unique challenges when confronted with grief. Trauerwee creates safe spaces for children and their families to work through their loss.
