Luxembourg's National Lottery is celebrating the 25th anniversary of the Piccobello lottery, a period during which €88 million has been won.
During these 25 year, this flagship ticket of the National Lottery has seen almost 880 people spin the famous wheel and won more than €30 million; added to this are the winnings won on TV and the instant prizes won on scratch cards, altogether totalling more than €88 million.
To celebrate its 25th anniversary, the National Lottery is launching a special 25th anniversary edition of the Piccobello and is offering more chances of winning. Exceptionally, 25 lucky people (compared to 12 usually) will have the opportunity to spin the wheel. For this, as usual, players will have to find the 3 famous televisions.
The National Lottery has confirmed that in all its games, on average 25% of lottery ticket proceeds go to good causes, to Luxembourg charities and institutions.
