The Grand Ducal Police have reported a number of traffic accidents which occurred between the afternoon of Sunday 24 August 2025 and the morning of Monday 25 August 2025, which resulted in multiple serious injuries.

On 24 August 2025, at approximately 12:50, the police received a report of a collision between a motorbike and a cyclist on the CR348 in Warken. According to initial information, the collision occurred when the cyclist attempted to turn left. Both individuals suffered serious injuries and after first aid at the scene emergency services transported them to a hospital. The police filed an accident report and authorities closed the road for the duration of the rescue operations.

At around 16:00, the police received a report of another motorbike accident, this time on the N27 in Lipperscheid. Early information indicates that the motorcyclist lost control of the vehicle and fell. The rider sustained serious injuries and after first aid at the scene emergency services took him to a hospital. The police filed an accident report.

On 25 August 2025, at approximately 06:10, police received a report that a vehicle had ended up in the Our River, on the N10 between 

Untereisenbach and Stolzemburg. Emergency services rescued all three occupants from the vehicle. Alcohol and drug tests on the driver returned positive results. One of the occupants suffered serious injuries and after first aid at the scene, was taken to hospital for further treatment. The driver and the remaining occupant also went to hospital for medical checks. The police filed an accident report.
