The Grand Ducal Police have announced the arrest of a suspected drug dealer in Luxembourg-Gare on Tuesday 9 September 2025.
According to the initial report, at approximately 11:00 on Tuesday, a police patrol noticed a man at the junction of Rue de Hollerich and Rue de la Fonderie in the central station district. When he saw the officers, he quickly walked away.
The officers stopped him for a check, during which he made suspicious swallowing movements. Suspecting that he had swallowed drugs, the officers conducted a scanner examination, which confirmed their suspicion.
The Public Prosecutor ordered his arrest and the officers brought him before an investigating judge on the morning of Wednesday 10 September 2025.
