The Grand Ducal Police have reported that on the evening of Tuesday 9 September 2025, two young men were the subject of a violent mugging in Luxembourg City.
According to the initial report, a group of men stole a wallet from one of the victims and the other lost his rucksack to the group. During the incident, the perpetrators reportedly brandished a knife.
Officers conducted a search for the suspects but did not locate them. Investigations are ongoing.
