On Saturday 27 December 2025, the Grand Ducal Police reported details of a mugging that took place in Luxembourg-Cents in the early hours.
According to the police, the incident happened as two perpetrators approached two men, punched one of the victims and stole a luxury watch and a gold bracelet. The second victim was also punched and had his smartphone stolen. The two perpetrators then fled.
The police have launched an investigation into the incident.
