The Grand Ducal Police have reported two thefts from vehicles that occurred on Monday 8 and Tuesday 9 June 2026.
During the night of Monday, a suspect allegedly smashed a vehicle window in Gasperich and stole a laptop, according to initial information.
Another theft occurred in the early hours of Tuesday. According to the officers, thieves stole several work machines from a van parked in Rue des Mines in Rumelange. Police have launched investigations into both cases.
The police also reminded the public to take precautions against vehicle theft and recalled that prevention advice is available on their website.
