On Sunday 21 June 2026, the Grand Ducal Police launched an appeal for witnesses to help identify an unknown individual in connection with a pickpocketing incident that took place on a tram in Luxembourg City.
According to the police, the theft occurred on 25 March 2026. Following the incident, several cash withdrawals were made using the victim's stolen bank cards.
As part of the investigation, officers are seeking to identify the person shown in the published photograph.
