The JP Morgan City Jogging fun run will take place in Luxembourg City on Sunday 6 July 2025.

Organised by the Luxembourg Athletics Federation (FLA) with logistical and sporting support from the City of Luxembourg (VdL), this event sees participants jog 6 km or 10 km through Luxembourg City, starting at the Coque in Luxembourg-Kirchberg between 10:00 and 11:00.

Alternatively, participants can take part in the City Walking & Nordic Walking challenge (same 6 km or 10 km route as City Jogging, with or without guides), starting at 10:10.

Children aged five and over can participate in the Kids Jogging Midi Laf & Kinderhort, a 1 km run through Luxembourg-Kirchberg, accompanied by supervisors. Sports activities and games for children aged five to twelve are scheduled to take place between 10:15 and 11:45, with the race starting at 12:00.

The VdL announced various traffic restrictions to facilitate the event. The route used by the JP Morgan City Jogging runners will be closed to all traffic starting at 08:00 on Sunday.

The route taken by the runners is as follows: Rue Léon Hengen; Rue Richard Coudenhove-Kalgeri; Avenue John F. Kennedy; Rue des Coquelicots; Rue des Muguets; Rue Jules Wilhelm; Rue du Fort Olisy; Rue Sosthène Weis; Rue Saint Ulric; Rue St Quirin; Vallée de la Pétrusse; Rue de la Semois; Boulevard F.D. Roosevelt; Rue Philippe II; Centre-Ville (city centre); Rue des Capucins; Parc Pescatore; Pont Grande-Duchesse Charlotte; Avenue John F. Kennedy; Trois Glands; Place de l’Europe; Avenue John F. Kennedy (cycle lane and crossing at Rue Erasme).

The streets will gradually reopen to traffic starting at 12:30, with all restrictions lifted around 14:00.
