On Thursday 18 June 2026, the British Chamber of Commerce for Luxembourg (BCC) announced that Andrew Notter had been re-elected as Chairman for a fourth term following the Chamber's Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Speaking with Chronicle.lu, Andrew Notter commented: "I am truly honoured to continue serving as Chairman of the British Chamber of Commerce for Luxembourg for a fourth term. I would like to thank our members, Council colleagues and the wider business community for their continued trust and support."

He added: "The strength of the Chamber comes from the commitment, expertise and collaboration of our Council, together with everyone involved in our active working groups and wider community. I am truly grateful to work alongside such a dedicated and engaged team."

Looking ahead, Andrew Notter said he looked forward to continuing to strengthen the Chamber's community, deepen the connections between Luxembourg and the United Kingdom (UK) and create new opportunities and value for its members.

Andrew Notter is a Partner at Anderson Wise with more than 20 years of experience in recruitment. After beginning his career in London in 2004 with Badenoch & Clark, he established the company's Financial Services business in Brussels, Belgium before moving to Luxembourg in 2008. During his career, he has specialised in recruitment for the private equity, real estate investment and financial services sectors and has held senior leadership positions, including Managing Director of Badenoch & Clark Luxembourg and member of the Executive Committee of the Adecco Group in Luxembourg.

The BCC also confirmed the re-election of Council Members Nasir Zubairi, Christophe Ernzen, Jonathan Norman, Ruth Lau, Daniel Eischen and Darren Robinson. Sabrina Alam and Nicolas Hamblenne were elected as new Council Members.

Council Members Sara Speed, Christopher Clarke, Michael Eichmüller de Souza, Claudia Neumeister, Giulia Iannucci, Peter Brown, Juan Gasca Aristeguieta, Svetlana Grishankova and Nathan Mistry will continue to serve on the Council without rotation.
