The British Chamber of Commerce for Luxembourg (BCC) has announced that its People & Leadership Group will host a “Kitchen Table Conversation” on neurodiversity in leadership and the workplace at 18:00 on Thursday 24 September 2026, at the premises of the International School of Luxembourg.
The BCC noted the event will explore how organisations can create workplaces where different ways of thinking, communicating, learning and leading are “not only accommodated, but genuinely valued”, bringing together lived experience and professional insight in an open and facilitated setting.
The event will feature Prince Louis of Luxembourg, who will share his personal experience with dyslexia and his advocacy for neurodiversity and inclusion. Dr Michel Rayman will also take part, bringing professional expertise and offering both human and scientific perspectives on neurodiversity and how organisations can help different cognitive profiles thrive.
Participation is free of charge for BCC members, while a €20 fee applies to non-members.
