On Wednesday 15 October 2025, Greenfield, the Luxembourg-based specialist recruitment firm, announced a strategic partnership with London-based Carnegie Consulting.

According to Greenfield, both firms bring long-standing expertise in finance, investment operations, compliance, risk and governance, with additional strength in HR and business support recruitment, key functional areas underpinning private capital firms.

"Our collaboration with Greenfield meaningfully extends our reach and offers clients tangible value - a single, aligned approach driving cross-border hiring strategies with clarity and reach,” stated Guy Steel, Founder of  Carnegie Consulting.

"We’re excited to be partnering with Carnegie. It was evident from day one that we share common values and that this alliance strengthens our value proposition. Luxembourg and London have long been natural bedfellows - this alliance brings greater structure and clear synergies to the cross-border needs of our clients,” added Courtney Charlton, Co-Founder of Greenfield Luxembourg.

The partners said the collaboration links two key private markets hubs, London and Luxembourg, to deliver coordinated cross-border hiring. It combines deep functional expertise across governance-led and investment-facing roles, from Luxembourg’s AIFM-regulated platforms to London’s finance, operations and control functions. It is built on a partnership-first, values-driven model rooted in insight, integrity and long-term sustainability.
