On Tuesday 23 December 2025, French leisure and tourism company Compagnie des Alpes confirmed it had finalised the acquisition of Luxembourg-based indoor sports and leisure complex Sport4Lux through its subsidiary, Urban Soccer.
Luxembourg‑based Sport4Lux Sarl, was established in 2021 and its indoor sports and leisure complex in Munsbach offers a variety of activities and facilities for sports (including five-a-side football), social events and corporate use and features a 300m² panoramic sports bar.
In a press release, Compagnie des Alpes said “This marks a new stage in the European development of Groupe Urban, and above all a first step in the roll-out of new projects in a strategic area in which the GDP per capita is the highest in Europe. This partnership highlights the relevance of Urban's expertise in acquiring independent centres and supporting them in their ambitious development by providing its portfolio of offerings and services.”
Compagnie des Alpes (CDA) is a French company specialising in leisure and tourism and operates ski resorts and amusement/theme parks across Europe, including Parc Astérix in France and Walibi parks in France, Belgium and the Netherlands.
