Fondation Elisabeth (Elisabeth), a Luxembourg-based non-profit offering social and care services, recently published its 2024 Annual Report.

According to the foundation, the report offers “a comprehensive overview” of its activities over the past year, covering key actions, completed projects and figures across various areas including childhood, youth, the Marie-Consolatrice private school, support for people with disabilities and services for the elderly.

Fondation Elisabeth currently supports more than 4,000 people each day, with a team of 2,332 staff members and around 50 active facilities across Luxembourg.

In 2024, the organisation faced “significant challenges” but also reported “tangible progress”, particularly in its work with older people. The launch of a pilot project for ageing individuals in precarious living conditions opened up “new perspectives” for a target group that is often overlooked. According to Fondation Elisabeth, this project, “like many others”, reflects its “commitment to addressing individual needs more specifically”.

The foundation also acknowledged the contributions of its staff, volunteers and partners, noting that their continued involvement remains essential to its daily work.
