Fondatioun Kriibskrank Kanner has confirmed that the eighth edition of the LËTZ GO GOLD charity run will take place for the first time in Neudorf on Saturday 27 September 2025.
The race course has been redesigned, with optional distances of 1.5 km, 5 km and 10 km. The routes pass through the Grünewald forest, the Henri Funck stadium and the Klose-Groendchen park.
For the first time, the event will offer participants a full breakfast from 09:00 to 10:00, with fresh pastries and hot drinks served on a heated, covered terrace.
The event village will feature an expanded food truck area with twelve international cuisines, a children’s zone with childcare, an inflatable castle and entertainment tents, as well as a health and associations area, a covered lounge, free water stations and music from DJ Pops.
To take part, each participant must pledge at least €200 (€100 for children and students under the age of 25) to finance research into childhood cancer. The registration fee is €10 and participation in the race is only confirmed once the minimum amount has been reached. Registration is open until Wednesday 24 September 2025.
