Europa Donna Luxembourg, a non-profit organisation dedicated to the fight against breast cancer, has reported that it recently received a donation from the Lions Club Forêt d’Anlier (B).
On Tuesday 9 December 2025, the Lions Club Forêt d’Anlier presented a cheque for €3,500 to Europa Donna Luxembourg. The donation was funded through proceeds collected during various activities organised by the club over the course of the year.
The mission of Lions is to provide Lions clubs, volunteers and partners with the means to promote health and well-being, strengthen communities and support people in need through humanitarian services and grants that have a positive impact on people’s lives worldwide, while fostering peace and international understanding.
This project perfectly illustrates the values shared by Europa Donna Luxembourg: remaining active and socially connected is fundamental to health at any age.
Europa Donna Luxembourg warmly thanked the Lions Club Forêt d’Anlier for its generosity and support. Thanks to this donation, the association will be able to continue funding supportive therapies that complement conventional breast cancer treatments, aimed at relieving and supporting patients.
