Perrard, one of the oldest construction companies in Luxembourg, is celebrating 125 years of activity in the Grand Duchy.

Founded in 1900, the company has grown over generations into a key player in construction and public works in Luxembourg, serving municipalities, developers and private clients for over twelve decades and successfully delivering major projects that to this day shape the Luxembourg landscape.

In 2005, the Luxembourg family business, which now has over 280 employees, joined the Eiffage Group - a major player in the construction and real estate development sector.

In 2021, the company evolved with the times and moved to more innovative and energy-efficient premises in Senningerberg, building on the site where it was founded and bringing together all of its activities onto a single site.

Perrard has also maintained its place within the Luxembourg community through its corporate social responsibility policy, demonstrated in 2024 with its donation of €10,000 to non-profit organisation Stëmm vun der Strooss, which has been helping people in need since 1996 and is committed to the social and professional integration of disadvantaged people.

Commenting on reaching the historic milestone, Alain Pütz, Managing Director of Perrard, said: “Reaching 125 years is a source of pride, but above all a responsibility to continue earning the trust of our clients and partners and to prepare for the future of coming generations.”
